Ok, so this isn't the Ace of Cakes. It's not even close...BUT it is the 1st cake Kelly Ann and I've ever done like this. Our St. Patrick's Day cake!It was fun to make, but such a different learning curve. Being as visual as I am, I look at it and it looks easy...but the minute I lift the fondant I am lost. The tinting, the consistency, smoothing it...I plan on teaching myself to be comfortable with it...I'll keep you posted.
